Our Origin Story<\/strong><\/p>\n

We both come from a background in home construction and originally met while working for a builder. Over time, we partnered to launch our own general contracting business. As we gained experience, we began receiving requests from clients needing interior repairs on homes where foundation repair companies had already addressed structural issues.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Several of these homeowners also shared that they had received unreasonably low offers from real estate investors looking to buy their properties as-is. Recognizing an opportunity to do better, we took a risk and began offering more\u2014believing that many sellers were being shortchanged due to a lack of viable alternatives.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This approach led us to begin purchasing homes with foundation issues and completing the repairs ourselves. Sellers preferred working with us because we could provide stronger offers than most investors.
